Programme Delivery
Our financial education programmes are subject to:
- Availability of spaces
- Minimum participant numbers for group programmes
- Age-appropriate placement based on your child's age
- Our safeguarding and conduct policies
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policy for booked programmes:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date: full refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before the start date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the start date: no refund
- We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided
Rescheduling
Programme sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. We will work with you to find alternative dates. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of stormcall-falcon and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
Educational materials provided during programmes remain our intellectual property. You may use them for personal educational purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them.
